Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee for digital downloads

We want you to feel confident trying our presets. If you are not satisfied with a paid preset pack, bundle or other paid digital download purchased from Pierre GAVARRY, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. This guarantee applies even if you have already downloaded the files. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email pierre.gavarry@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used for your purchase. Tell us which product you wish to have refunded. If you cannot find your order number, contact us with enough information to locate your purchase. You may use the optional withdrawal notice below, but you do not have to use a particular wording.

Installation and technical support 

If you need help installing or using your files, we are happy to assist. Accepting troubleshooting assistance is not a condition of receiving a refund under the 14-day guarantee.

Duplicate charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, contact us so we can verify the duplicate and refund the extra payment. The 14-day satisfaction guarantee does not limit requests to correct duplicate charges.

Refund method and timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method, without a refund processing fee, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive your eligible request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

After 14 days

We do not offer refunds solely for a change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period. This does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights or legal remedies for digital content that is not supplied, is defective or does not conform to its description. Contact us if you experience such a problem.

Scope and statutory rights

This voluntary guarantee applies to paid digital downloads only. It does not set the cancellation or return terms for coaching sessions or physical prints. Any mandatory rights applicable to those purchases remain unaffected.

The guarantee is additional to your legal rights. Downloading a file does not remove the 14-day guarantee offered here. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits applicable consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal rights and legal guarantees of conformity.
